Whether it’s a daytime jeans and top combo or a dress for a night out, jewelry can really make or break an outfit. Chunky necklaces and big earrings are all in at the moment, but they can be pretty pricey, so I've found some great items which won’t put you out of pocket.

PANCAKE DAY HIGHLIGHTS

 
So yesterday our nation celebrated the much loved Pancake Day. Sadly, for many of us, that means that Lent has begun and the cutting out of sweets, crisps, chocolate, etc. will be already playing on people’s minds! But for now, let’s concentrate on how delicious our pancakes were last night. HOW TO TRY TO COPE WITH THIRD YEAR



You might not be in third year yet, but everyone is going to have to reach that point at some time. It sounds terrifying; ever since freshers you will have been reminded that your work load is nothing on that of a third year student, and you think you don't have to worry about it for ages. Then before you know it, you ARE a third year. And it can be bloody scary. With the D word (not that D word) flying about left, right and centre all you can think about is how much work you have to do and how much more effort you're going to have to put in, and how little you're going to see the inside of Plug and how much less you're going to stagger along Carver Street.
