Here is the second gift guide in our Christmas Gift Guide Series and it’s all things beauty! We’re giving you a run down of our favourite beauty gifts available this Christmas! There are so many great value sets out there this year we just had to add a whole guide dedicated to them.
Caitlin's Picks
1. Benefit Blush Palette
This set from Benefit, is something I have been obsessed
with for such a long time! For those fellow blush lovers like me, this is the
perfect set and such amazing value. In this cute little tin it includes most of
their famous Box’o’Powders: Dandelion, Bella Bamba, Sugarbomb, Coralista,
Rockateur, their gorgeous bronzer Hoola and some of their Watts up!
highlighter. Considering their boxes are normally around £22 for one, this set
retailing at £29.50 is such a good price, whilst they’re not full size, they
are still decent sizes. Available from Boots if you click here.
2. Mac Make Up Brush Set
This is at the higher end of the gifts featured in this gift
guide at £42 however, for a set of Mac brushes I feel this is good value and
they come in this cute little set, who wouldn’t want to open this on Christmas
Day? It’s available from House of Fraser here.
3. Soap and Glory 10 Shade Eye Palette
Soap and Glory always do the nicest sets and this one is no
exception, with shades similar to Urban Decay’s Naked palettes, this is a
bargain at £16 , it’s limited edition though so grab it at your local Boots fast!
Find this palette here.
4. Ted Baker Bathroom Minis
If you’re looking for just a little gift or a little extra
for the lady in your life this would be perfect, the packaging on this Ted
Baker gift is so cute and for £10 there’s lots to try and it actually smells so
good. Get this at your nearest Boots or online here.
5. OPI 'Mini Holiday Stars' Gift Set
Opi
always do the
loveliest little nail polish sets at Christmas and these colours are
just
perfect for Autumn, Debenhams currently have 10% off at the moment
making it
£13.05. They have various sets for the same price so take a look on
here!
Connie's Picks
1. Ted Baker Christmas cracker
These Christmas crackers are just the cutest, with a gorgeous nail varnish inside! Choose from two different colours, either pink or a glittery top coat and at £10 they make a perfect secret santa or stocking filler. Lads, if your gift wrapping expertise is limited (I’m talking to those of you who wrap your presents up in tin foil!!) this present is a double winner as you won’t even need to wrap it! Don’t forget that Ted Baker offer student discount, so make sure to flash your card!

2. Benefit the bronze of champions
It’s Christmas, your summer tan is a long gone distant memory and you’re back to looking like Casper the friendly ghost’s twin. Well, for £26.50 all that can change with the Benefit the bronze of champions make up kit. The kit comes with a highlighter, bronzer, powder brush, two different eye shadows and a mascara. I love benefit cosmetics and I can safely say that this is on my Christmas list, the highlighter that comes with it is so easy to use and completely brightens up your face (it’s a must for all third years who will be pulling all nighters in the library!)

3. Eylure New York lash wardrobe available at Topshop
This is such a good idea and at a fantastic price! The gift box (which is nearly as chic as the false eyelashes) comes with three different pairs of false eyelashes to wear at different occasions. If you are buying a present for a beauty fan, this is a fabulous prezzie and at £12 you really can’t go wrong. Again, don’t forget to show your student card at Topshop to get 10% off!

This is my last pick and it’s a splurger at £39.50 but, buy it for your Mum, sister, girlfriend or best friend and she will love you forever.
